In any case of defects or damage upon receiving your order, ensure that your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange for your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, online purchases must be returned within 7 days upon receiving your order. Contact our customer service at huaronga@singnet.com.sg or +65 6227 3217 for your exchange(s) / return(s) request with the following:

• Full Name

• Order Number

• Item(s) to be return / exchange

• Reason(s) for the request

Our customer service will get back to you within 1 - 2 working days to acknowledge the request and provide further instruction, if eligible.

Do note that for hygiene purposes, we do not accept return or exchange of earrings and sales items, however we do accept the exchange of ring size.

 

For other purchases, we will process a refund once we receive the return items; please contact our customer service and provide proof of purchase. Items must be returned in its original condition - undamaged, unworn, and properly sealed in the box provided by HART Huarong.

We accept exchanges and refund for item(s) purchased online at our main office located at No 1 Bukit Batok Crescent, WCEGA Plaza #06-40 Singapore 658064. Bring the item(s) you wish to exchange or refund along with the receipt / invoice so our staff can facilitate your request.
